The Royal Garden's rooms and suites will be under renovation from mid-August and will be completed by December 2010. During this time, hotel services and operations will be uninterrupted.
Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel.
If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival:
1) Authorization letter with cardholder's signature
2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)
Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.
Hotel reserves the right to release the booking without prior notice if no valid credit card authorization letter and copy of credit card are received for third party bookings.
Please note that hotel does not accept bookings made by debit card. |
